When I learned shields a few years ago it was because I had become aware of energetic beings that were attaching to my energy, that was a new energetic awareness for me and I held fear which lowered my vibrations, and I got much relief from the placing of shields.  Why ? We are amazing energetic beings and are able to have multiple experiences at once. Just as you are able to walk, drink and talk at the same time you process many types of energy at the same time as well. We do this physically and mentally and spiritually all at once. We can align these multiple layers with the help of the higher self and make instantaneous decisions for our highest good. Trusting Higher Self and Divine Timing  When I was younger, I was very good at getting my way. Getting there first, winning the race. I would get my way, but the timing was all wrong.  Unfortunately, in that moment you do not realize this. The only realization that you have in the moment is that you’ve got what you wanted. There are other ways to get lessons. One way is to join another in their Filter use. An example of this is Gossiping. When you share your view or slant on something because of your filters and it sticks to this person, they have agreed to use your filter. When they pass it on, they have agreed to learn the lesson.        FEAR   by Kay Noble I’m not Enough or I don’t have enough. I don’t feel loved. Are you playing this program? FEAR We all need to eat, and the very consciousness of this need creates a human response of gathering. It’s what we do, we are hunter- gatherers. Once we followed the herd and collected the ripe foods along the way, a roaming society. Symbiotically living with the natural balance of the planet. Now we have cabinets and freezers. When we open them, we expect to see certain things inside. If we open them and they are empty, we need to Re-supply. Tough Choices by Kay Noble Why is it important to be in your heart space to make decisions? Because when you are in your heart space you are not using filters that reside in the brain. In life we must try to make our decisions for highest self, and this decision may be painful for you. How do you know if you are standing in Your Heart Space? Ask yourself this. Gracie September 18, 2019 I spoke with my sister Grace this morning she passed 2003 on my birthday.
