We are amazing energetic beings and are able to have multiple experiences at once. Just as you are able to walk, drink and talk at the same time you process many types of energy at the same time as well. We do this physically and mentally and spiritually all at once. We can align these multiple layers with the help of the higher self and make instantaneous decisions for our highest good. These are learned skills, we need practice to achieve balance.  All growth also requires balance; this means a quiet time of rest and integrating the teaching. Giving gratitude 🙏 for the experience. Alignment of the Energetic self is the alignment I speak of. In order to come into the proper energetic alignment for our highest good we need to achieve the highest frequency state. Letting EGO GO! By Kay Noble Ego is caring about what others think about you. Do Not.   Ego makes you alter your true self and therefore alters the growth of self. This response ultimately leads to complications as it is not LOVE based. Now because of standing in EGO we must place filters and barriers to protect us from the views and judgement of others which are painful, because they are using filters to judge you. It is an experience meant to teach you a lesson. Learn the lesson. When you love self, you are able to stand in that Love Light and be ok with others having different views and perspectives as they are ultimately having different experiences. Understand we all must learn the same lessons during a lifetime or several lifetimes. GOD is LOVE as Jesus is Love as WE are LOVE. You create or recreate what you are. Gracie September 18, 2019 I spoke with my sister Grace this morning she passed 2003 on my birthday. She told me that even the date of her Death was supposed to be an awakening code for me.  Knowing at first it would hurt but then later - I would remember one special conversation that she had with me a few years prior.  Before she passed she told me that some young friends she had were in an auto accident and a small child who is in the car seat suffered enough trauma that it died.  The couple had called my sister Gracie thinking she possess such magic because of her goodness and kindness that she could bring the child back.  Gracie looked me right in the eyes recalling the story, " can you believe that they thought I possess that kind of power
