Today I just have to say THANK YOU ANGELS I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. I am so grateful to the Angels. Not only did the heal me but they have stayed connected to me, never given up on me and supplied my heart with the love that I needed in my lowest moments of pain and sadness. THANK YOU ANGELS. I love you. I will do all I can to shine Love Light and Be the Me you have worked so tirelessly helping me to become. Thank You, Tears stream down my face as I type. THANK YOU. A Word About Diet By Kay Noble- Stats and Daily Recommended Calorie Amounts 800-1200   The God Diet- Potatoes, tomatoes green onions, peas, green beans, eggplant, carrots, mushroom, zucchini, squash, strawberries, sprouts, raspberries, lactose free milk, lemons, beans, water Paleo- Meat and Seafood, fresh fruit and vegetables (basically if the cave man didn’t eat it you don’t.)      Filters are Lessons             By Kay Noble Each Filter that we choose to wear is a lesson to be learned for highest self. If you wear a filter, you have no doubt chosen this lesson. There are other ways to get lessons. One way is to join another in their Filter use. An example of this is Gossiping. When you share your view or slant on something because of your filters and it sticks to this person, they have agreed to use your filter. When they pass it on, they have agreed to learn the lesson. A word to the wise, before you engage in Gossip ask yourself are you ready for a new lesson? When you acknowledge that you have learned the lesson, send it thanks and let it go, you are removing the Filter. You have grown and your soul has grown, you have raised your vibration.        FEAR   by Kay Noble I’m not Enough or I don’t have enough. I don’t feel loved. Are you playing this program? FEAR We all need to eat, and the very consciousness of this need creates a human response of gathering. It’s what we do, we are hunter- gatherers. Once we followed the herd and collected the ripe foods along the way, a roaming society. Symbiotically living with the natural balance of the planet. Now we have cabinets and freezers. When we open them, we expect to see certain things inside. If we open them and they are empty, we need to Re-supply. Here we have set boundaries on how low our food stores should be before we allow our program of gathering to play out. Fear of hunger still sends hunters to the woods. Gracie September 18, 2019 I spoke with my sister Grace this morning she passed 2003 on my birthday. She told me that even the date of her Death was supposed to be an awakening code for me.  Knowing at first it would hurt but then later - I would remember one special conversation that she had with me a few years prior.  Before she passed she told me that some young friends she had were in an auto accident and a small child who is in the car seat suffered enough trauma that it died.  The couple had called my sister Gracie thinking she possess such magic because of her goodness and kindness that she could bring the child back.  Gracie looked me right in the eyes recalling the story, " can you believe that they thought I possess that kind of power
