  Balance  by Kay Noble ©2021 Your life is full of experiences. Your journey is the return to balance. We achieve this through the processing of the energies created and interacted with. We are amazing energetic beings and are able to have multiple experiences at once. Just as you are able to walk, drink and talk at the same time you process many types of energy at the same time as well. We do this physically and mentally and spiritually all at once. We can align these multiple layers with the help of the higher self and make instantaneous decisions for our highest good. These are learned skills, we need practice to achieve balance.  All growth also requires balance; this means a quiet time of rest and integrating the teaching. Giving gratitude 🙏 for the experience.
