When I learned shields a few years ago it was because I had become aware of energetic beings that were attaching to my energy, that was a new energetic awareness for me and I held fear which lowered my vibrations, and I got much relief from the placing of shields.  Why ? I believed they were protecting me like an energetic shield. Geometric form is a container of a message, the message is telling contained energy where to go. A Word About Diet By Kay Noble- Stats and Daily Recommended Calorie Amounts 800-1200   The God Diet- Potatoes, tomatoes green onions, peas, green beans, eggplant, carrots, mushroom, zucchini, squash, strawberries, sprouts, raspberries, lactose free milk, lemons, beans, water Paleo- Meat and Seafood, fresh fruit and vegetables (basically if the cave man didn’t eat it you don’t.) Awake Diet - Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red Fruits and Vegetables, Lactose Free Milk+ Vitamins My Experiences I consume only 300 cal a day presently. Since I started the waking process, I have changed my diet a few times. Once to cut out fat, then sugar, then anything in a box. Now I’m on the Awake Diet which is working well. You must take a multi vitamin and make sure to monitor your energy levels.
