Alignment of the Energetic self is the alignment I speak of. In order to come into the proper energetic alignment for our highest good we need to achieve the highest frequency state. This is a state of ease of interaction with other frequencies and not a state of stillness. Rather a state of being that has created an alignment or a straight connection to the data of Source stream, aligned to the highest frequency. This is achieved by integration of the lessons and experiences of the souls lifetime to achieve these lessons. We are amazing energetic beings and are able to have multiple experiences at once. Just as you are able to walk, drink and talk at the same time you process many types of energy at the same time as well. We do this physically and mentally and spiritually all at once. We can align these multiple layers with the help of the higher self and make instantaneous decisions for our highest good. These are learned skills, we need practice to achieve balance.  All growth also requires balance; this means a quiet time of rest and integrating the teaching. Giving gratitude 🙏 for the experience.
