Alignment of the Energetic self is the alignment I speak of. In order to come into the proper energetic alignment for our highest good we need to achieve the highest frequency state. This is a state of ease of interaction with other frequencies and not a state of stillness. Rather a state of being that has created an alignment or a straight connection to the data of Source stream, aligned to the highest frequency. This is achieved by integration of the lessons and experiences of the souls lifetime to achieve these lessons.
